AWCA 45th Celebration Overview
When and where is the AWCA 45th Celebration taking place?
The AWCA 45th Celebration will take place on Friday, November 14, 6:30 pm ET at the Hilton Pearl River (500 Veterans Memorial Drive, Pearl River, NY 10965).
Will there be parking available on site?
Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available at the Hilton Pearl River.
What can I expect at the Celebration?
Each year is slightly different, but you can expect a wonderful venue with a large gathering where people connect and celebrate AWCA’s accomplishments together, made possible through the generosity of sponsors and donors (like you!). Guests will also enjoy AWCA’s 2025 highlight videos and photos, a photo zone, exquisite food and dinner, an inspirational keynote speech, recognition of an honoree, live music, a preview of AWCA’s upcoming plans, opportunities to make a donation, exciting door prizes, and a lively evening of dance to conclude the night.
How do I join the Celebration?
You can join the Celeberation by purchasing individual tickets and/or supporting via advertisement, sponsorship, or item donation here. We kindly ask that you RSVP by Friday, October 24, 2025.
What is the dress code?
Black Tie Optional.
I would love to join but may be late. Can I still attend?
Absolutely! Our reception staff will be available throughout the evening to welcome you whenever you arrive.
What if I cannot make it to the Celebration? Can I make a donation?
Yes, you may make a donation via online here. Make sure to fill out the required information. Under Make a Contribution choose Love Donation or enter custom amount. Thank you for supporting AWCA!

We will start our program, dinner, and dance promptly at 7:30 PM. All times Eastern.
Program
AWCA’s Celebration is usually consisted of various presentations of AWCA program highlights, music performance, awards, pledge, and dance.

Tickets/Registration
Each purchased ticket is valid for one individual unless you choose a sponsorship type.
What is the ‘Under 30 Special Rate’?
The Under 30 Special Rate of $250 is available for attendees who are under the age of 30.
Sponsorships
All sponsorships and donations will be recognized in the special event journal.
We are a 501(c)3 organization and your donation is tax-deductible.
Will the Celebration be available for viewing online after the event?
A highlight video will be available to view on AWCA’s YouTube channel AWCA LIFE a few weeks after the event.
